Benefits Advisement Services
Our Beneits Advisement team assists individuals with all types of disabilities to understand all areas of the Social Security Administration. We provide advocacy in completing Social Security applications (SSI/SSD), compiling medical records for review, Work Incentive Programs, over payment issues, and in understanding the denial and appeal process. We can help you or your child apply for benefits as well as appeal any denials. We may also be able to represent you or your child in a social security hearing.If you or your child are currently or were previously eligible for payments, we can help you with any issues with your monthly benefits to include disrepencies in payment amounts, overpayments, continuing disability reviews, or cessation of payments.
