Facilitated Enrollers help people understand Medicaid and health care coverage options. This support can make the application process easier for people who are disabled, deaf/blind, over age 65, or otherwise eligible for assistance.
Directions in Independent Living serves individuals, families, veterans, caregivers, and community partners across Olean, Wellsville, Cattaraugus County, Allegany County, McKean County, and Potter County with a focus on independence, accessibility, self-direction, safety, and community participation.

Our agency has a Medicaid Facilitated Enroller on staff to assist individuals in Cattaraugus and Allegany counties who are disabled, deaf/blind, and/or over the age of 65 to apply for Medicaid.
