Nutrition Outreach and Education Program (NOEP)
NOEP offers free, confidential, one-on-one services that connect New Yorkers with nutrition assistance programs. Our NOEP Coordinators helps applicants gather documentation for, fill out, and send in the SNAP application. Through NOEP’s community-based work, each year hundreds of Allegany and Cattaraugus County new households apply for and receive nutrition assistance.Kids also need healthy food to fuel summer fun! USDA partners with local schools and community organizations to serve healthy, no-cost meals to kids & teens ages 18 and under.
