Work with No Wrong Door (NWD) team to connect aging and disabled individuals and families to established support programs. Critical pathways providers to help facilitate access to needed home and community based supports and services, and streamline access to public benefits and application assistance. STRAWW Recovery Guide

Essential Function

The position of the Recovery Guide is a full-time position that is assess, refer, and link individuals with mental illness or other disabilities to services and activities that will integrate the individual into the community and ignite their “spark of life.” The Recovery Guide will have a working knowledge of the resources in the community to meet the individuals needs. These positions are designed to assists individuals in finding their “spark of life” through social and recreational activities that will lead someone to volunteer work, education, or a job.
