Essential Function

Provide safe, confidential, supportive, educational opportunities for veterans and their families. To help veterans meet with other veterans in a secure, comfortable atmosphere to help each other cope, in a non-clinical setting, with the effects of PTSD and TBI.

Recreational Dance Director

Essential Function

Responsible for preparing, choreographing, and teaching dance techniques for specialty dance classes such as line dancing to for individuals who are 12 and older, have a Developmental Disability, and are OPWDD eligible. Provides an enjoyable and safe dance program for program participants. Prepares lesson plans for students to correlate with students’ level of ability. Demonstrates personal dance techniques skills and transfers to the student within their level of learning. Communicates with students and parents regarding schedule, progress, and performance. Maintains current and accurate records relative to all aspects of the program including intakes, program logs, and other paperwork, as necessary.

No Wrong Door Independent Living Specialist- Allegany County

Essential Function

Work with No Wrong Door (NWD) team to connect aging and disabled individuals and families to established support programs. Critical pathways providers to help facilitate access to needed home and community based supports and services, and streamline access to public benefits and application assistance. Also, provide Outreach working in conjunction with local NY Connects program for expansion and enhancement of NWD.
